The world today is extremely toxic and this is causing all manner of health problems and diseases.  Premature aging, body degeneration and diseases are manifestations of toxic world we are living in.  Scientists are in chaos on how to solve and treat these rapidly increasing problems in poor health and illnesses of different kinds.  Accumulation of toxins in the body damage the body cells and are unable to cope with the elimination of these culprit and result to symptoms of uneasiness, sluggishness, tiredness, indigestion, headaches and many more.

This method allows the body to rest. Fasting is one way to place the body in complete rest from food and only water is taken into the body.  During a fast the digestive system has no work and thereby it a break from stress of digestive function. This method of detoxification has been used for years to cleanse the body.

The cells too use oxygen and remove carbon dioxide and other toxins as by-products. Take a few minutes every day to inhale and exhale deeply. This not only helps your body to relax, but it aids with removal of carbon dioxide and other toxins from the body.  Abdominal breathing is just one of many breathing exercises and helps in the detoxification process.

Diet

The digestive system is one way through which the body rids itself of toxins. It is important to eat both cooked and raw organic fruits and vegetables. Take note of products containing high levels of pesticides and avoid them.  A healthy diet rich in anti oxidant packed fruits and vegetables helps the body to fight free radicals as well as providing fiber for effective elimination of wastes.
